Digital Goods: Items such as templates, e-books, or downloadable guides are delivered via email or a direct download link immediately upon successful payment.
Services: Delivery of services (SEO reports, social media calendars, or consulting) will be conducted via email or our designated project management tools as per the timeline agreed upon in your service contract.
No Shipping Fees: There are no shipping or handling charges for digital-only items.
2. Physical Goods Shipping (Domestic & International)
If you are purchasing physical merchandise from our shop, the following terms apply:
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.
Delivery Estimates: * Within India: 5–7 business days.
Uttarakhand (Local): 2–3 business days.
International: 10–21 business days (depending on the destination).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Skill with Neel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
Skill with Neel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
